San Pablo Añejo
Tasting Notes

Color: Light gold.

Smells: Subtle on the nose, with hints of caramel. Notes of sweetness, slight vanilla, subtle oak and slight wet cedar wood. After tasting, more of the aroma can be perceived, such as hidden chocolate that is well hidden.

Pallet: Expressive with a great balanced sweetness with a subtle bite and some dark chocolate. More of the bitter chocolate than sweetness remains in the finish. Sweetness first then goes to bitter (70-80%) chocolate.

Mouthfeel: Pleasantly long mouthfeel.

Aftertaste: Smooth finish.
